I have never thought of trying a small business for my eyewear needs. I decided to give Image Optical a try for my safety glasses. Let me tell you, I was so surprised at the selection and best of all the knowledge and professionalism I experienced was second to none. I was extremely happy with my first experience. I've been coming to image optical for years. The service is amazing, the selection is great and the staff is extremely helpful. Even during Covid I was able to choose my glasses safely with all measures in place to ensure that everyone was following strict protocols. My glasses came in less than a week. The prices of the frames are very reasonable and the staff work with you to find a perfect pair that can fit within your budget. Will definitely be coming back for years to come and highly recommend anyone to check them out!

The ladies who run this store are amazing! I made a switch from a different optical to Image optical recently and am very happy with the service. Krish helped me with my contacts when I was down to my post pair and had to order more urgently. The whole process took less than five minutes and i was in and out in no time and ended up getting a whole year supply for a much less than what i used to pay. Excellent service! Guneet and Krish are amazing - they recommended a few pairs of sunglasses that complemented my face and ordered the one in my preferred colour. They really go above and beyond to make sure you are going to love the product and knows exactly how to find the right fit and colour to suit me best. They have one of the best shops around . I visited the one in Brampton to get my frames changed and they were very receptive and swift . In less than 20min I found a funky and very cute Frames and the staffs did the switch. Will recommend this place to anyone .

Great experience with this place, they're friendly and quick with excellent service. I was in and out under ten minutes with exactly what I wanted. The sunglasses I wanted were supposed to be three - four weeks most other places if I ordered them but image optical got it within four days. Will definitely be a returning customer.

I stopped by Image Optical in search for glasses and the store was filled with positive attitudes provided by the staff. I felt very welcomed and was assisted instantly. I realized that the store has a wide spread of frames to choose from, but without the help of the staff, I would be stuck with numerous frames from which I wouldn't be able to choose. Gursimran assisted me and helped me choose the perfect frame and also provided me with great lenses at an exceptional price. I went to image optical for an eye exam and realized I was in need for a pair of glasses. The service provided was amazing. The staff made sure I was not ignored and helped me right away! I passed by Image optical over the weekend, while running a few errands. I went in search of these sunglasses that i took a picture of while travelling at the Dubai Airport. The store was packed but I was greeted by Krish, who helped me search for the glasses that looked like the ones in my picture, I did not have a model number or brand for them since the took the picture with them on my face. However she tried her best to help me find something similar and something that suited me more than others. Throughout my time at the store, she appeared to be handling a couple of other customers at the same time but I never felt like I was ignored or not paid attention to. She made great suggestions as to what suited me better and what colours are in nowadays. It was probably one of the best customer services experiences I have ever had at a doctors office! Kris was friendly and related to my struggle of finding the right pair of sunglasses for me! I would definitely recommend this place for any sunglasses or glasses purchase.

I picked up some Hugo Boss Sunglasses from the image optical team and also got my prada lens replaced like brand new. I was able to get an eye exam without an appointment. I asked for the order to be rushed as I was leaving for MTL and they were able to accomdate request on time. Very happy with the service and will refer family and friends.

I went into image optical looking for a new pair of glasses. Cheryl was so warm, welcoming, and relatable I could already tell that I’d be comfortable working with her on finding my new pair. I probably tried on every pair of glasses in the store, and I can honestly say if it wasn’t for her I wouldn’t have been able to decide!! She was so honest and helpful I totally recommend asking for her when you go. To top it off, she was absolutely hilarious, who knew getting a new pair of glasses would be a fun experience? When I came back to pick up my glasses, she already knew who I was which I thought added the cherry on top of her great customer service. Give her a raise!!
